Snowflake Training Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All Snowflake courses will be provided pursuant to the applicable SOW located at SNOWFLAKE SOWs
Instructor-Led Training Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule or cancel previously scheduled training without charge thirty (30) or more days in advance of the scheduled start date. If training is cancelled more than fifteen (15) days in advance, but fewer than thirty (30) days in advance, then the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the fee for such canceled training. If training is canceled or rescheduled fifteen (15) or fewer days in advance of the scheduled start date, then the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full course price for such canceled training.
Snowflake reviews public course enrollment 2-weeks prior to the start date. If there is insufficient enrollment to run the event, Snowflake will notify the Customer by email. Snowflake is not responsible for non-refundable travel or other expenses incurred by the Customer.
On-Demand Training Rescheduling Policy
On-Demand licenses are intended for a single user and are non-cancellable and non-transferable.
PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS:
Promotional codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase. Adjustments to the charges will not be made after the order is completed.
If applicable, Snowflake partner discounts must be approved in advance and eligible partner employees must register under their corporate email address for validation purposes.
SNOWPRO CERTIFICATION EXAMS:
Certification exams are not included with other training or On-Demand purchases. The certification exams must be purchased separately and scheduled using our remote proctoring service. Details are on our website HERE.
